Some unknown miscreants had completely demolished shrine of a Sufi Saint in Murchongi village of Kohat resulting in annoyance and sorrow in village dwellers. According to police sources, 10-day ago the miscreants tried to demolish the shrine by planting explosive material, however it was partly damaged.

Police said that last night the miscreants completely demolished the shrine and removed slabs from the grave. The local elders of Marchongi village demanded of the district administration and provincial government to probe the incident and bring the culprit to justice while reconstructing the shrine.
